1. What I like most about group work?
- All the members can contribute ideas regarding the topic assigned.
- It builds cooperation and camaraderie.
- Over-flowing ideas.
- I can learn many things from the ideas of my group mates.
- The work makes easier.

2. What I dislike most about group work?
- There are conflicting ideas.
- Someone would want to over-power in the group –bossy type.
- If one’s idea/s hasn’t given attention, there’ll be those regretful feelings.
- Not everybody really participates.

3. What makes a good team player? (From your perspective)
- Cooperation and open-mindedness.
- Unselfishness and generosity.

4. What makes a bad team player? (From your perspective)
- Laziness, hastiness, depending to other, over-powering, conflicting ideas, bossy.

5. What grade are you hoping to achieve for this part of the project?
- Without any hesitation of answering the question and with the best that we can give or exert to do this site, 95%.

6. What are your strengths in relation to this project –think of this turn of how you can best contribute?
- Able to cooperate harmoniously with the group.
- Able to contribute more proposals/suggestions regarding the topic.
- Stock knowledge.
- Enough resources in making the project.
- Able to think critically and discuss with the group.

7. What are your weaknesses?
- Laziness and hastiness in making decisions.
- Having this “In-the-neck-of-time” kind of attitude, too much of leadership, and too much of sensitivity.

8. How would you like to arrange meeting? Do you want it Online or f2f frequency?
- For our group, we prefer face to face meeting since the responses are abrupt, ideas that can be shared is unrestricted or limitless since there’s no impediment unlike online that we still need to type (if there’s no voice call or cam or audio conference). It will guzzle or consume more time. We can be able to participate orally and verbally and we will able to see personally the gestures, emotions, impressions of our other members as we go through the discussion. Ideas being presented are clear.


9. How do you think the group should make decisions?
- The group should make decision by weighing things if what is more appropriate or more profitable, by brainstorming, jotting down the entire proposal and then there will be votation regarding the collected ideas. The majority of votes will then be implemented.

10. What if a group member’s work doesn’t meet our standards –how do you think we should deal with this?
- We would deal this as a group by telling that group member carefully that her idea is impressive yet there might some ideas that would be better as to what she is proposing. Firstly, there would be clarification and implementation of guidelines that each idea are good but if better suggestions aroused, it would be implemented for the sake of a good group work. Every group member should be open-minded and doesn’t get easily be discouraged.
